Karame Adesko

Karame Adesko is an award-winning choreographer, dance educator, and co-owner of MVMNT Lab Dance Complex, bringing 28 years of experience developing dancers of all ages. She began teaching at just 15 years old at Dance Precisions, where she spent nearly three decades growing from student and performer to choreographer and ultimately Artistic Director.

Specializing in jazz and contemporary movement, Karame is passionate about developing technically strong, emotionally connected artists. Her teaching philosophy combines technical excellence, proper body alignment, strength and conditioning, performance quality, and storytelling to help dancers build confidence, authenticity, and a lifelong love for their craft. She believes every dancer has the potential to exceed their own expectations and is committed to creating an environment where they feel empowered to take risks, embrace vulnerability, and discover their unique artistic voice.

Throughout her career, Karame has taught and choreographed for numerous studios across Southern California, including Spotlight Dance Productions, Priscilla & Dana's School of Dance, Studio 19, TJE Dance Force, Triple Threat, and Xtreme Force Dance. She also served as choreographer for the Northern Arizona University Dance Team and performed professionally with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines, and A.S.H. Contemporary Dance Company.

Her choreography has earned multiple national championships, choreography awards, and industry recognition, including National Group Icon Winner, KAR TV Winner, Best Direction Award, Palm Springs Choreographers' Ball Finalist, and a USA Collegiate National Championship. Known for her dynamic movement, compelling storytelling, and commitment to artistic excellence, Karame continues to inspire the next generation of dancers while building a culture of excellence, mentorship, and community at MVMNT Lab Dance Complex.

Hayley Gallian

Hayley has choreographed nationally recognized routines that have earned numerous overall awards, special judges' awards, and national titles. She has co-created National Opening Numbers for Kids Artistic Revue, choreographed for the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Dance Team, and served on the United Spirit Association song staff, where she taught, inspired, and judged dancers throughout Southern California. Her choreography is known for blending strong technical foundations with innovative movement, emotional storytelling, and musicality.

As an educator, Hayley believes that dance is about so much more than trophies and titles. She is passionate about helping dancers build confidence, develop discipline, and discover their own unique artistry in an encouraging environment. She strives to create meaningful connections with every student while fostering a culture built on hard work, kindness, integrity, and a genuine love for the art of dance.

MVMNT Lab Dance Complex has been a true labor of love for Hayley. Co-founding the studio has given her the opportunity to create the kind of environment she has always envisioned. One where dancers of all ages and levels feel challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential. She is incredibly excited to begin this new chapter, build a lasting community alongside her families and faculty, and help shape the next generation of confident, passionate, and well-rounded dancers both inside and outside of the studio

Ciran Adesko

Ciaran is a classically certified, 3rd-generation Pilates instructor who completed a 600-hour comprehensive program and is certified in BodyStrategies for dancers. A former competitive dancer, she danced at California State University, Fullerton as a member of its nationally ranked, championship-winning dance team. She later earned her Master of Science in School Counseling from Azusa Pacific University.

Ciaran teaches Pilates to all ages and levels, specializing in competitive dancers. She has worked with clients nationally and internationally across a wide range of health backgrounds, injuries, and recovery needs. Combining her Pilates expertise and counseling skills, she helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and reach their goals. Her students have gone on to Juilliard, USC Kaufman, international ballet programs, high school and college dance teams, and earned recognition through YoungArts, The Dance Awards, Radix, Velocity, and more.

Stephanie Beavor has been dancing since age six, starting as a competitive dancer and continuing through California State University, Fullerton, where she was a member of the nationally ranked dance team for 3 years. During her time there, she earned multiple national titles, including the program’s first-ever Hip Hop national championship.

Stephanie has taught dance for 21 years, working with dancers of all ages and specializing in Minis and Juniors. She is passionate about helping young dancers build confidence, discipline, individuality, and a genuine love of dance. Throughout her teaching and choreography career, she has earned numerous awards and national championship honors with her dancers.

After 21 years at Dance Precisions, Stephanie is excited to begin a new chapter at MVMNT Dance Center. She looks forward to bringing her experience and passion to the MVMNT community and inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Zach Keller

Ashlee Orr

Myles Lavallee is a Los Angeles–based freelance artist working across dance education, choreography, stage performance, and film. His professional career includes Ballet Arizona, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where he performed works by renowned choreographers including Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, William Forsythe, Jiří Kylián, and George Balanchine.

As a choreographer, Myles has created work for Ballet Arizona’s Innovations program and choreographic workshops with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. His recent work Leaving With Hope premiered in Los Angeles with LA Contemporary Dance Company. His additional performance credits include Rhye, Love Death + Robots, BodyTraffic, Post:Ballet, Ishida Dance, and performances alongside RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan. Myles continues to focus on collaborative creation and mentorship across concert dance, commercial projects, film, choreography, and education.

Southern California native Leah Silva is an international educator, adjudicator, award-winning choreographer, artistic director, producer, and performer with more than 20 years of experience. She has taught, choreographed, and performed across the United States and internationally. Leah has been featured in Dance Teacher Magazine, was the first tap dancer selected as an Artist-in-Residence at Zion National Park, and has worked with the Television Academy’s Emmy Awards, Mattel, American Idol finalists, and the Music Center’s Holiday Celebration on PBS.

Known for her dynamic teaching and mentorship, Leah has trained dancers who have earned recognition from YoungArts, the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards, and Jacob’s Pillow, with many continuing into successful professional careers. She is also the Founder and Artistic Director of Reverb Tap Company and Founder and Director of the international Orange County Tap Festival.

Presley Green is a recent high school graduate with 15 years of dance experience in jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip hop, tap, lyrical, and more. Throughout her training, she has worked with choreographers including Kirsten Russell, Cassie Bartho, Derrick Schrader, Sorah Yang, and Lucy Vallely. Her accomplishments include performing at the Industry Dance Awards, winning silver at The Dance Worlds, and earning multiple national titles and Victory Cups at Starpower Nationals.

In recent years, Presley has expanded her experience by assisting founders Karame Adesko and Hayley Gallian, traveling across the country and developing her skills as a teacher and choreographer. She has recently choreographed and cleaned pieces for mini and teen dancers, earning top 10 placements at each competition.

Emily Van Citters is a dancer from Pasadena, CA, and began her ballet training at Pasadena Civic Ballet (PCB) at age three. During her fourteen years at PCB, she trained with Craig Williams, Petra Conti, Eris Nezha, Valeria Gortchakova, Hasmik Amirian, Jackie Kopcsak, and Melissa Barak. After graduating in 2022, Emily danced with Ballet Idaho as a trainee before joining Hollywood Ballet in 2023. She has performed numerous works, including Medora in Le Corsaire, Dewdrop in The Nutcracker, and the Diane & Actéon pas de deux. Emily now freelances as a dancer in Los Angeles and has performed works by ChoCoLA choreographers Grigori Arakelyan, Natalie Palmgren, and Sofia Saenz. Recently, she performed with Opera Laguna’s The Student Prince choreographed by Tanya Durbin. In 2025, she performed in SoCal Ballet Scene’s Ballet Festival as Gulnare in Act I of Le Corsaire and in Echoes of Our Ancestors, presented by the People of Ar Foundation and choreographed by Ludvig Ispiryan, at the Greek Theater. As she continues her freelance career, Emily is also an emerging choreographer and has had her choreography (Helen of Troy; Bamboleo) featured in two ChoCoLA dance festivals. 

Joey Vice is a versatile performer, choreographer, and educator who has been making waves in the dance industry since his teenage years. At just 18, his exceptional talent and dedication led him to become the lead role in Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA. Now based in Los Angeles, Joey works as a freelance choreographer, teacher, and performer, creating innovative choreography and jaw-dropping tricks. He is a faculty member at Millennium Dance Complex and a teacher and choreographer for Joffrey Ballet School. His career has included performing in music videos for 070 Shake, MARINA, and VANA, and most recently appearing on Netflix’s Star Search with BalletRED. Joey’s mission is to push the boundaries of dance while inspiring the next generation of artists through creativity, athleticism, and passion for performance.

Kendall Birnbaum is a professional dancer and instructor specializing in Latin Ballroom, including Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. With over 15 years of dance experience and 8 years of ballroom training, Kendall brings a passion for both performance and education to every class.

She has spent two years training at The Space in the Launch Program, gaining valuable knowledge and experience from leaders in the dance industry. Currently signed with Go 2 Talent Agency, Kendall is also beginning a career in the commercial dance industry while continuing to teach dancers throughout Southern California.

Kendall is dedicated to helping competitive dancers grow by creating a supportive and educational environment. Through teaching the technique, style, and character of Latin Ballroom, Kendall helps students build confidence and develop the skills they need to grow as dancers.

Coach Ashlee brings together two of her biggest passions: sports and psychology. Her athletic career began in competitive cheerleading, where she was part of the 2013 Cheerleading Worlds Champion California Allstars International All Girl Level 5 team. She later competed in collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling, finishing her competitive career as a Five Element National Champion.

Ashlee went on to earn two master’s degrees from Pepperdine University and now works as a therapist supporting the mental wellbeing of first responders. Her background has sparked a passion for sports psychology and helping athletes work through confidence, mental blocks, resilience, and the mental side of performance.

She is excited to bring her experience as a high-level athlete and therapist into the gym, helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport.

Coco brings an incredible background in both classical ballet and contemporary dance. She studied dance at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and has trained with renowned programs including the Alvin Ailey Professional Intensive, Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Intensive, and Seda Aybay in Horton technique.

Her professional experience includes performing with Klein Collective, Lume Dance Collective, MashUp Dance, and Kybele Dance, and she is a 2023 YAGP Best Choreographer Award recipient. Coco’s strong classical foundation, paired with her beautiful artistry and movement quality, makes her such a special addition to our faculty.

Jesse Trinidad is a GRV alumni and co-founder of Grvy Babies and Global Mayhem. He began his dance journey with GRV Dance Crew in 2007 and signed with MSA Talent Agency in 2010, continuing to grow his career within the professional dance industry. Jesse went on to earn three national titles with Northern Arizona University, further developing his experience as both a performer and choreographer. His professional choreography credits include work with major brands and artists such as Nike, Sony PlayStation, and Karmin. Through his years of experience, Jesse continues to share his passion for dance, choreography, and the industry with the next generation of dancers.

Zack Keller is a California-based cheer and tumbling coach with extensive experience in private lessons, all-star teams, and competitive training. He has coached at Cheer Athletics, United Cheer Keller, Camp Woodward, The Cheer Connection, and gymnastics facilities, specializing in tumbling, jumps, stunting, and proper technique. He has experience spotting Levels 1–7, coaching elite stunts, and choreographing for competitive athletes.

Currently a member of OC All Stars’ Shadow Level 7 Open team, Zack is a four-time NCA Champion and three-time Cheersport Champion. He also placed second at Worlds in 2013 with Spirit of Texas Medium Coed and fourth in 2014 with Cheer Athletics Claw 6. Zack brings his competitive experience and technical expertise to helping dancers build strong, safe, and confident tumbling skills.
